Jaivik Krishi
»
Jaivik Krishi is a way to promote “Sustainable Farming” where maximum reliance is based on self-regulatory agro systems and locally available farm derived renewable resources.

Integration of a few of the tested techniques from Biodynamic, Rishi Krishi, Panchagavya Krishi, Nateuco Krishi Homa Organic Farming, and other Natural Farming systems, for adoption by the farming community with ease, form the package of “Jaivik Krishi”.

Some of myths related to Jaivik Krishi are:

• Can yield level be maintained in organic farming?
• Are there enough organic wastes available for conversion of entire area in the country under organic farming?
• Is organically produced foods are nutritive as compared with those grown by the conventional systems?
• Can pests, diseases and weeds be managed organically?
• Is the organic techniques are eco friendly and cost effective?
• Is there enough market for organic produce?
