AHARSANHITA - (FOOD ACCORDING TO THE SEASONS)
Manas Solution of Organic Food as per season (Aharsanhita)

The solution is hidden in our traditional way of growing crops and cooking food. If we follow our traditional way of eating food according to seasons (Aaharsanhita), we will be able to avoid the damage done to the body. As per tradition, if we eat food which is specific for particular season, then our body restores energy and prevents the occurrence of seasonal diseases. As every season has a different natural effect on the Tridosha (the three biological energies), it is essential to follow special routines that are unique and suitable to the respective seasons. Ayurveda expounds the seasonal regimens under Ritucharya. Ritu means season and charya means routine. Even Scientists have proved that unseasonal fruits & vegetables do not contain good amount of vitamins & nutrients which are present in normal seasonal fruits & vegetables.

So, Manas Organic Food has planned it’s complete menu as per Aharsanhita. It has given importance to Season, Tradition, and Nutritious value of food.
